Student Leasing Information

Our student apartments lease very quickly!
We are unable to construct a waiting list of any kind.
Ivy Square Realty's leasing policy is based on a first come, first serve basis.

Please call 434-962-2301 to schedule a Walk-thru appointment.

You will need to provide the following items to secure a lease:
  • At least one signature on the lease. (Must be 18 or older.)
  • Pay a down payment in cash, money order or check.
    (Upon your lease start date, your down payment will be transferred into your security deposit account.
    Deposit shall not be applied as rent.)
  • A completed student application form
  • A copy of your student ID, or driver's license.
